Source Accessibility regularly works with sensitive information, including disability-related details that are treated as special category data under UK GDPR.

  • Data protection & GDPR: We minimise data, store it securely, and only use it for agreed research and testing purposes.
  • Security: Ways of working are aligned with Cyber Essentials good practice to protect client and participant data.
  • Professional standards: Led by an IAAP member with appropriate professional indemnity (£5m) and public liability (£2m) cover for consultancy and research work.
  • Sustainability: Remote-first by default, reducing travel while still enabling meaningful participation from diverse disabled users.
